We are looking to hire a full time Administrative Assistant at our Livonia MI location. The key function of the Administrative Assistant is helping the Operations manager in a variety of day to day activities. This includes data entry, developing power point presentations, placing a receiving calls on behalf of Operations Manager, and a number of other administrative tasks. This position will start as a full time position that requires 35-40 hours per week on site at the Matrix office in Livonia.

Responsibilities
Daytime office assistant/specialist in customer service with office duties.
Pleasant phone manner,
All training provided.
Professionalism required
Previous office experience preferred
Assist the project and operations management team in a variety of manners.
Act as the onsite contact communicating with subcontractors, vendors and staff members.
Establish and maintain client and subcontractor files
Education Requirements
High school diploma (Associates or 4-year degree preferred)
Qualifications
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
2 years of Office experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
Basic financial understanding to assist with contracts, budgeting and reporting.
Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and the employees, while maintaining constant focus on exceeding customer requirements and expectations.
