New basement bathroom
Matrix was great to work with. Anytime I had a question about anything I could either use the app or reach out to our project manager Ron and would have a quick response. The day they quoted the job being done and actual finish date was with 2 days which I feel is impressive since we they had to run rip up the basement foundation floor to run all new plumbing. Working with their trades team was great, one in particular was Jeremy the electrician who would text me the night before and give me an ETA on when he would be there, which we appreciate with different work schedules. Would definitely recommend matrix to anyone looking to have work done.
