We could not be happier with our new basement! Professionalism was displayed throughout the entire experience. The vision of our basement was brought to life with the help of the design team. Our Field Manager, Jamie Verhines, was amazing! The entire process went smoothly with his help. Having built our house 4 years ago, we were nervous dealing with contractors. Needless to say, Jamie put our nerves to rest. We had many questions and changes to our plan during the process, but Jamie was patient/able to help us the whole time. All of the crew members were very respectful, and cleaned up after themselves. I would not hesitate to use Matrix for your basement remodel.

We met with a few different contractors in the area before we finally decided to choose Matrix Basements. It was there friendly and honest staff that won us over. We were able to design our basement the way we wanted it to be done and the staff made sure of it. All of our concerns were addressed throughout the whole process. We felt like everyone we worked with was so patient with us! We couldn't have asked for a better company to work with. Matrix Basement Finishing Systems created a great area for our family and friends to enjoy. Their quality of work and professionalism is superb, and they completed our basement on time and on budget! We were really impressed with their overall quality of work and attention to detail. Their lead supervisor Victor was attentive and engaged throughout the entire project to ensure each facet of the job was not only finished but completed correctly. Temo, our lead installer was excellent in his approach to everything from framing the walls, installing the doors and cabinetry, and installing the window and drywall. Also, their electricians and plumbers did a great job and were always on time and met their required schedules. Overall, we are incredibly pleased with the entire project as each team member was professional, thorough and courteous. The quality and workmanship typified their dedication in ensuring customer satisfaction. Matrix is a great contractor, provides quality workmanship, and we are very satisfied with our finished basement!
